[[abstract]]為得到便利、經濟且省時的殘留應力消除效果,本研究採用機械振動方法,於銲接工作進行的同時加入振動,用以降低因銲接所產生的殘留應力。 本研究首先量測、分析應力消除系統的振動模式,發現在系統發生次振動時,基座鋼板會產生最大的相對變形量,而材料在最大相對變形量發生時則具有較顯著的應力消除效果。 在觀察振動對銲道凝固的影響時,發現同步振動使得溶池的熱流方向及凝固條件不同於未振動者,造成銲道金相微結構的改變,使晶粒成長較不具方向性。 雖然振動可降低殘留應力,但是材料因受到振動所造成的變動負載,導致疲勞現象產生,使得材料產生微幅的延性下降、硬度下降等不良影響。但是以整體評

[[abstract]]Mechanical vibration method is convenient and cheap process for residual stress relief. This research employed simultaneous mechanical vibration during the weld to eliminate residual stress of the weldments. At first, the mode of vibration system was analyzed and found when the system was in sub-harmonic condition, vibration can cause the base plane appear maximum relative distortion, and this relative distortion can relief residual stress. Simultaneous vibration also makes the microstructure of weld bead different. It changes heat flow of solidification condition and affects grain orientation in the weld pool. The microstructure altered from the columnar dendritic to the equaxied dendritic mode. Vibration can relief residual stress, but it also causes an alternative stress and leads to material fatigue. So the hardness, tensile strength, and elongation of workpiece may reduce in little. However vibrational stress relief technique is positive and effective.
